1. MISSION

Based on mutual trust, both parties sign this General Membership notification.

2. SERVICE

In the spirit of partnership, Party B join the Party A's global membership system. The purpose of collaboration between Party A can offer Party B excellent activity and resources. Help Party B obtain all kinds of support in the whole Zhongguancun network.

3. ADDITIONAL TERM

The term of this agreement is for a period of one (1) year from the effective date of this agreement and may be extended upon written mutual agreement. Either organization may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice without penalties or liabilities. This agreement is in duplicate and signed in both English and Chinese. Both versions are equally valid.
