About the Event

It is widely acknowledged that achieving product-market fit through customer interaction is a proven approach to optimize a company's growth and value, so why is it such a big challenge?

We are thrilled to welcome Shannon Hall and Erin Longdo to our next InnoTalk Event. Shannon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pow.bio, an organization dedicated to advancing the development of Industrial Synthetic Biology. Erin is an experienced diagnostics and life sciences executive leader with expertise in business, clinical diagnostics, and life science. Joining as moderator, Dr. Ella Li is the CEO of ZGC Capital and the partner of ZGC U.S. Fund, leading ZGC’s team in investment and healthcare accelerator operation.

In this webinar, Shannon and Erin will distill their insights from multiple markets and dozens of successful (and a few unsuccessful) programs to deliver direct, useful guidance for advisors, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Here is what you will learn:
  • What product-market fit is, and how it applies to healthcare startups
  • Ways to engage customers at each phase of the company within product development
  • The four elements of an actionable plan
  • How to overcome barriers to execute the plan and make it sustainable.
  • Live Q&A Session for all attendees joining the webinar.
